Beautiful upright bass sound

These strings were the perfect match for my D'Angelico hollow body bass guitar. Makes it sound more like an upright bass. The scale is 35" so I needed extra long. The nylon is really smooth and comfortable to play. See the video below for a sample of the sound.

My bass doesn't have a typical configuration. Normal "long scale" strings were a fraction of an inch short.On the recommendation of Jorge, I ordered these strings. They work perfectly and sound excellent. Glad to have them.

These strings are similar to flat wound strings, but better. They have the same depth and sustain of steel strings but are easier on your fingers and produce no screeching when sliding fingers to a different position on the neck. These are the only bass strings I play.
