Slash Cry Baby Classic Wah Pedal
This wah pedal is awesome. I used it for a couple songs I wrote for the solos. Sounds great. Love the fact that I can bypass the wah and I can it off and use normal sound unlike my old old one. Would recomend this pedal for other guitar players. It's phenomanal.
Buy. THIS. WAH.
Smoothest wah pedal I"ve played and I"ve played a ton of them. There are no harsh highs. The sweep is the creamiest I"ve heard in a long time. This pedal works great for solos and rhythms. If you want to do that Zakk Wylde thing and leave it half cocked then rock it to accent, it does wonders for that too! Absolutely no complaints about this one. Far better than fancy wahs that… read more cost twice as much. The vintage, used look is awesome also. Every show I get people asking me what kind it is because of the look and the sound.
Perfect
Love this wah pedal. I've tried a dozen and this is my favorite. Perfect toe and heel tone. Nice sweep. Now my Cantrell wah is second favorite.
Really Good Sound!
Great sounding wah pedal for sure. Have owned many types from different years all the way back to the mid 70's. This one is as good if not better than any I've owned. For the lack of a better term, this one has a chewy tone with a nice range not too piercing. I really like the led lights when pedal is engaged. Very happy with this purchase and Sweetwater's way of doing business!… read more Customer service is 2nd to none. Thanks Danielle!
"...and this one's juuuust right."
First things first. Thank you Ryan Murray!! The wonderful thing about this pedal that Ryan sold me is that it not only cuts sweetly with the band, but it has a uniquely subtle lower voice. I almost want to cover the "slash" logo, but this pedal is lovely. The LEDs have a lot of utility. Tried with a 1-spot and quickly ended up with carbon 9V. I've come with a 10+ year back ground… read more with Teese Picture Wah and maybe a year with the CAE 404 Wah. Both 5* pedals and great in their own ways, but now sold. Kind of took a chance with the SC95 Wah. So, I keep it on the floor, again powered by a non-alkaline 9V, and it performs wah-lessly. Both Recto high gain, just breaking up amp AND clean: this SC95 is simple, flexible and adds nice shades of pleasant, usable wah. Big time recommended. Unsure why not a lot of talk (probably the Sla** moniker). I have absolutely zero affiliation with Sweetwater, but I do go out of my way to work with Mr. Ryan Murray. Easy cat to work with; low pressure, great knowledge! (psssst the distressed look is actually not bad--or maybe it's just growing on me (not sure which lol.)
