Do not let folks tell ya Squier guitars are cheap. They are one fine guitar. The Starcrcaster is a well made guitar. So treat your self to one. They sound great.

I got this baby yesterday and I let sit over night. Like I was told at Sweetwater. Plug Her in and wow. She sounds and feels Great. From Fort Wayne to Sacramento. She was hardly out of tune. They say Squier is the cheap brand. No way this is one fine Guitar. This Guitar can do it all. Can not wait to take Her to Church and play and show Her off. Buy one.

I bought this guitar as a project beginning. It is a good beginning guitar; exceptional value for the price. Great service by Sweetwater; always pleased with Ashton Vaudt's customer service. He's top notch.

I do not understand the review above mine, he hates the neck,pickups wiring finish, why did he buy it. I have the sunburst and i can tell you it is a great guitar low action, very nice finish, light weight, pickups sound pretty good and yes they are hot. It does no good changing all the wiring including pots and switches, people who do this are nuts, don't waste you time and money.… read more I have been an amp and guitar tech for a long time.
