I"ve been using a Dunlop glass slide for 20+ Years. Bought this cause I was curious. Pros - lightweight, will not break as easily as glass. Will work in a pinch. Cons - less sustain when compared to glass.

Here's what I liked about it. They are unique since they are made from wood and no two will have the same grain pattern. They are very lightweight. They have a sound that is unique. The thing I don't like is they didn't work well on a clean amp you need to turn up the gain or use some form of dirt pedal. Will it replace my Joe Perry Boneyard slide as my go to slide no.
