They work great.. nice and firm and smooth, great service by SW sales, fast shipping, I'm very happy with them! I purchased (3) sets of them for a double neck guitar and every one of them felt the same before and after restringing the guitar...get your self a set, ya won't be sorry

There's not much on my 1968 ES 345 that isn't worn out from years of playing. Replacing the original machine heads with Gibson Vintage Gold Machine Heads w/ Pearloid Buttons was the right move. They look like the original ones and have a great feel. Time will tell how they hold up, but for right now they are dead on
