As it says , fits Most .!?
these don't fit my Washburn Woodline ... but , i'll slowly keep sanding them down and see if they fit yet, at each futur string change .. ! sooner or later , they will fit .. !
Don't fit Blueridge
Too small for my Blueridge. It would be fine of they were too big I could sand them but now I'm kinda boned.
A Must-Have Upgrade for your Acoustic Guitar!
A majority of acoustic guitars come standard with plastic pins, which do the job of keeping your strings in place well, but unknowingly to many, are a detriment to the full potential of your guitar's tone. I have a PRS Angelus A30E - which has an ebony bridge - and it came with a set of white plastic pins that didn't match the guitar at all (for starters.) After chewing through… read more them quickly, I went to Sweetwater in person to replace them, and found these on the shelf. I immediately decided on them since my bridge is the same material, and I've trusted D'Addario for years! The only thing that was troublesome with them was that they were originally too big to fit in my bridge, but I figured; since they're made of wood, I can just whittle them down until they fit, which I did. It was totally worth it! The tone difference is night and day, and brought out a whole new depth to my tone, and greatly increased my sustain! Notes ring out longer and with more clarity, and seems to bring a new life to the already great guitar! Also, they look way better cosmetically than the white plastic! I highly recommend to anyone who loves their acoustic guitar to replace plastic pins with a nice set of wooden ones such as these! Plastic does the job holding the stings in place in the bridge well due to its malleability, but it doesn't transfer the resonance of the strings as well as wood to wood. This inexpensive upgrade will do wonders for your acoustic, and any whittling that may be needed is totally worth the hassle! If improved note clarity and better sustain sound good to you, then you need these pins in your life!
Nice
These are nice pins but beware if you are trying to use them in a martin. The slots are too shallow and they won't seat properly.
Product orders
Andy Miller is great to work with, he always make sure that you get what you order. He always sends a follow up e-mail to thank me for my order and to check if everything is ok. Sweetwater is great to work with no matter how big or small the order there the best.
