The Cat's Meow
I knew is was a great pedal the moment I turned it on. Great size, and I am able to really control the sweep!!! Great tweak-ability. This is an awesome sounding wha!
What a Wah Pedal
I honestly cannot say anything negative about this wah. For many many many years, the wah market has been dominated by Dunlop with their cry babies, vox and Morley. I only read great reviews about the Xotic Wah and decided to try it. My main wah before this purchase was a Crybaby 535. This Xotic wah is now my favourite. I plan to record some songs with it soon. It's been great for… read more ideas and jams. Thanks Xotic for a fantastic pedal.
Best wah ever
After playing serval wah pedals throughout the yrs I've came to the conclusion that this is the best wah
Everything I could Want in a Wah
This is not my first wah, but it will almost certainly be my last. If something happens to this pedal I would definitely replace it. I replaced a Dunlop artist signature wah with this Xotic XW-1. I love the versatility of it, and after fiddling with it for maybe 5 minutes after putting it on my board, I think I found the perfect settings for me. But possibly the best thing about… read more it, if I'm wrong I can easily change it. Also aside from being more pedal board friendly, the shorter length of the pedal for some reason makes it seem less awkward to use. I can't quite put my finger on why, and it may well just be me, but it's a plus. I change out other pedals on my board when I find something I like better for one reason or another. With this wah, it's honestly hard for me to imagine anything being able to take it's place.
Just what I was looking for
This is the best way pedal I have ever played hands down. It is very adjustable, sounds fantastic, and has a smaller footprint to fit on a pedal board better. I have sold all of my other wag pedals.
