A Perfect MIAB Pedal with a Very Wide Gain Range

The gain range is very flexible ranging from low gain to hairy high gain. The 3-band EQ section is the power of this pedal. The frequency ranges are well positioned and can help you get all types of metal or rock sounds out of this pedal. I used JHS @AT model before this, but switched to Angry Charlie since the EQ flexibility (especially the MID control) is necessary when playing… read more with different backline amps.

I have tried many many dirt boxes over the years and this one definitely retains the best tube gain out of all the pedals I've tried. Jhs makes some fantastic gear, you can't go wrong with this one if you're looking for a solid dirt pedal.
