I always wondered what the Nashville Cats used to juice their tunes. I am not your typical Tele/fender twin guy, so I'm still trying to figure out if this pedal is for me. But, it's well-made with impressive controls.

I am no stranger to the luscious tones of classic tube amps, being privileged to own and play several vintage and contemporary tube amps from a number of manufacturers and in a variety of wattages and speaker layouts. It allows… read more me do get an excellent range of lively tones, from onset-of-breakup on through singing sustain at a superbly recordable level. My vintage Gibson, Fender, and PRS guitars have their best tones enhanced using the tiny green box with the big, big sounds. The perfect degrees of sparkle and punch are at my fingertips in a dynamically touch-responsive package. I love it!

The Belle is a true transparent OD. I like running it at 18v at the end of my preamp chain for a soaring boost with just a bit of dirt. The Bass control knob is a huge improvement on the Nobels ODR (mine is dialed in for a bass boost). You can't go wrong with Wampler; one of the best pedal builders working today.
