Origin Effects Deluxe61
This pedal works so well that I can say without hesitation that it is even better than I ever thought possible. Expensive? Yep, and WORTH EVERY PENNY! I have several Origin Effects products and this one is built to the same high standards that the company is well known for!! The 61 exceeded every one of my most optimistic expectations!! Awesome
Ok, so I've been searching for THE Trem pedal for me and I beleive the search is over with a big mike drop, lol. I don't need insane tweakability and variations on a theme, I just needed, wanted, a trem that sounds natural and deep, and full frequency but that also doesn't sound processed or do something weird to my signal. Previous attempt was the highly regarded Supro trem pedal.… read more While the harmonic setting is awesome and very very Vibe like, the pedal over all did something weird to the sound. It just didn't sound deep and full, almost processed like for lack of a better word. So I found this, ( actually I bought the Revival Trem, same pedal old name ). Wow, the trem is incredible, deep and full, but extremely amp like. It literally sounds as close as I've ever heard to an actual Fender with bias trem. As you pick or play harder the trem ducks just a bit in prominence so it doesn't obscure what your playing totally. I've not heard a pedal form do that before. The bonus surprise is the preamp section. It is really really addictive, great tone and great feel! Compresses just right, and very vocal! The eq switch is perfect for tailoring to your rig, guitar etc.... I'm really surprised how much I like this as a drive pedal. Combined with the trem it does exactly that thing that only a brown face fender with bias trem can do, where when the trem swells the amp drive swells with the bias change in the output section or visa versa.... anyway, it is addictive and intoxicating. I embarrassingly have a large sized music store worth of high end pedals yet I almost always plug straight in or with maybe one overdrive, or fuzz, or boost, but I like the idea of having a rotary, trem, vibe too, so this pedal is just amazing. I can see just throwing this thing down on the floor and that's it..... a great drive/boost AND the quintessential trem in one pedal. Well done Origin Effects!
My Deluxe 61
I love this pedal! The overdrive and tremolo are a tremendous compliment to my amp and my playing. I would highly recommend this pedal to anyone who are on a quest for tone.
