I was always missing that snarl with most od/dist pedals I tried, some we're good and some were ...eh. But, as soon as I checked out the Friedman Dirty Shirley OD pedal I was like... THAT'S IT!!!! It's been that missing link in my rig and I can honestly say I am happy with this pedal!!!!!! And I have barely scratched the surface because I like the settings right about 12 o clock...go check it out and if you like it then go ahead and rock it!!!!!!

Not a distortion pedal guy but this thing has changed my mind. Feels and sounds just like an amp! Watch that mid knob and you are golden. I am very impressed. Love Friedman products

The Dirty Shirley Pedal is an excellent overdrive pedal. It has a great tone for Classic Rock !!!! Big open tone, with fat mids and super note definition. I use it with a 1967 Fender Blackface Vibrolux Reverb. Dave Friedman again proves he is a master of great tone. Thanks to Sweetwater sales staff. Always first class service and support..
