Made in the USA. Quality build. Looks fabulous as well. That's just the tip of the iceberg. It's the sound that really makes it worth the price of admission. This might be the best low gain and simple OD I've used. Into a clean tube amp I have no issues getting all the Petty and Campbell goodness. Great for alt country and classic stuff as well. If I really wanted to nitpick and… read more find something to complain about, I might say maybe it's a little large, and if you use a tiered or tilted board, the knobs are a little high profile and are easy to turn by accident when your going for the pedal above it. But I couldn't find a sonic or reliability complaint to voice about it if I tried. Some people have said "it doesn't have a tone knob!". Well, it doesn't need one. It sounds like your guitar and amp. Just with some breakup.

I've played through multi-pedals for years, and I've had some really good ones, but right now I'm trying to build a sound that feels more organic and personalized. This pedal is everything I was looking for. It's so subtle it's almost hard to describe what exactly is happening, it just sounds good. P90's, humbuckers, and single coils all pair well with it. If you are looking for a drive pedal that doesn't change the tone of your amp then look no further! Add some grit or more volume to your sound by the stomp of a button. I tend to use this pedal as a somewhat clean boost 99% of the time. This is not a heavy overdrive pedal on its own.
