Achieved the tone I had been looking for. Using on a Fender 68 Custom, as "Death on the Pedalboard", my lowly opinion only. Can and Will, call up "The Old Ones", in a moment notice! Minuscule settings on the Bogner Uberschall pedal and EQ, will take you where you want to go with this pedal.

I love this and I have been searching for something user friendly. This will give you the drive you need and still have clarity.

I am saying this is the Best Overdrive pedal out there hands down. Eddie really made his stuff with the heart and soul. I never heard any better out there on the market or even custom. On top of the fact that Sweetwater is amazing and didn't make me wait a month for it. Love to both. R.I.P Mr Edward Van Halen.

I put this directly through the clean channel on my Marshall and all I can say is that is everything I expected and more. MXR and EVH have crafted something excellent.
