All I ever wanted in a Fender 5 string Jazz bass
This bass just nails it! I've had a 5 string Elite for awhile and always felt like it was missing something. It's a nice enough bass but it just didn't capture the Jazz sound and feel for me. B string was ok. But this American Professional II Jazz V has me blown away. The B string is just right for me. Sound and feel makes me happy to play it. The neck feels so smooth and right. Anyway, it's an outstanding instrument. Fender got the 5 string Jazz down now, as far as I'm concerned.
