Once you get it to fit it is great

This back plate does not fit the Epiphone Prophecy, and that is ironic since that is the only Gibson/Epiphone that has Fishman Fluent pickups. I had to take the back plate that come with my Phophecy and use it as a template to shape the Fishman battery back to fit the guitar. the battery system work very well to this point.

All the power you need

Using this instead of batteries has been nice. You get an LED that shows you what kind of charge you have left, and it lasts weeks without charging. I have had this in for almost 3 weeks on the first charge. Definitley worth getting! This will also power EMG, or other active pickups, as well. Fit perfect on my Les Paul Traditional. Fishman has wiring diagrams on their website for pretty much every config. They are easy to follow, but if you're not that good with a soldering iron (especially in tight places) you might want to find a good tech that you trust to install this.
