Unless,God forbid, this ever blows up, I'll never need another one. Right now I'm running my HX Effects with a current doubler,a Strymon Volan te,a Radial Shotgun spliter/buffer, and an Okko overdrive, with plenty of outputs and juice to go around.

I own 6 Voodoo Lab Mondo power supplies and they are great. I was concerned when this one was announced with no toroidal transformer and some kind of lightweight digital guts. My worries were unfounded, this pedal powers 12 pedals easily and it is so great to have so many high current sources available. The Pedal Power 3 Plus is as low noise as my transformer based power supplies.… read more This one is a lot lighter weight and very compact compared to a Mondo. There is no convenience outlet but this one is lower in list price. I have a lot of digital pedals, it's great to have this power supply which can drive them all. Good music to everyone!

I have been in the market for a new power supply for quite a while now. I researched all the major brands and couldn't find a fault with any of them so the decision had to come down to ang for your buck. At the price point of this unit, for the kind of power it delivers, the pedal power 3 plus really can't be beat. 12 isolated outputs which are all high enough current to power any… read more of thr power hungry digital pedals? Yes please! It also has the capability of running 12 and 18 volts (adapter required to run 18) and can also power expansion units. This supply added no additional noise to my chain that I could hear. Even handled daisy chaining my drive pedals rather well.
