I already had an ISO 5 on my board and wanted to add a sixth pedal...oh no! No problem, Voodoo Labs had me covered! It does just what you'd expect, adding 4 more 9 volt connections. I had used the bracket kit to attach the ISO 5 under my board since it is fairly heavy, but the expander is light enough to just use the same Velcro strips that you use for pedals on top to attach it… read more below the pedal board. It seems quite secure connected like that. Actually, having 4 more 9 volt connections enabled my G.A.S to cause me to buy a seventh pedal as well!

Simple expansion for my ISO-5 brick under my Novo 18 board. Just needed to power a newly purchased compressor and an existing wah that had been running on a separate power supply. Mission accomplished in 10 minutes.

Have the ISO 5 Voodoo Labs power supply installed on a Pedaltrain Jr. board and needed more power outputs for pedals. Adding the X4 was the better choice for me because I was using a pedal that required 18 volts which is present on the ISO 5 and the ability to add the X4 using the 12-volt output on the ISO 5 meant I did not have to have another power plugin/wall wart to power the… read more X4. I have the pedal power 2 with an ISO 5 being powered by the courtesy power cable port on the pedal power 2. I needed just a few more 9v ports and this 4x Expander is perfect! It's very small and light weight, so it mounts easily with velcro underneath my pedal train, or on top- taking up very little space. It comes with 4 of the 9v power cables, but remember to order one more to power it from your ISO 5 or the other compatibles. The 18" barrel to barrel works great for me. Love Voodoo Lab products!

This little guy met my over extended power requirements. It plugs into the 12 Volt output of the ISO 5 offering 4 400 ma outputs. Great solution and bang for the buck.
