Pocket pod is awesome.
Sweet
I've dealt with a lot of online music companies. Sweetwater customer service is a exceptional! Quality of gear! The representative I have worked with is Colton, always answering my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. I will be purchasing more gear in the future and Sweetwater is my store.
Swiss army knife with a head phone jack
I got this for a head phone amp, it can do so much more! You get the power of the line 6 pod in the palm of your hand. It comes packed with all that versatility one would expect from line 6. The presets are usable an tweakable. I am sure this would Work well in small home studio scenario. As I said I use this as head phone amp for silent practice. I have 99 year-old father in law… read more and disabled step son. I don't get the time to use my regular amps that often. Also my neighborhood isn't the greatest and I don't want announce, "come and het it". Inside my head phones I have Mississippi Queen" or "Boston","Rush" or just easy finger picking. The Swiss army knife covers them all and Sweetwater takes care of me all the time with great service and gear for all my needs...rock on!
Line 6 pocket pod
The name should be changed to "Line 6 Pocket Rocket!!! It is difficult to imagine the pocket sized unit is LOADED with effects and head bumping amp modeling! In a single word: WOW!!!!!!!!
Great Sounds Good For Recording
The Line 6 Pocket POD has a lot of great sounds in it and I've used it for recording and gotten really good results. I own mine for over 10 years. There's a section where you can pull up guitar sounds used by bands (bands from the earlier 2000 era), and there's a song section where the guitar sounds are taken from famous songs from bands like VH, GNR, SRV, Sabbath, Zep, etc. Only… read more issue I've had with it, which has been consistent since I bought it, is it doesn't always turn on right away and I have to plug and unplug it until it turns on. Aside from that glitch, I think it's a really good emulator.
