Queen Bee is Awesome
This is by far my favorite fuzz pedal I've ever had. Great sound and easy to control with the volume on the guitar. Sounds great with an SG, Les Paul, and Strat. Cleans up nicely and gets dirty too. Highly recommend.
Love it!
A bit in between a fuzz and overdrive. Beautiful harmonics on low gain setting. Built like a tank. Very hapoy with purchase
Just What I have Been Looking For - The Queen Bee
I have been in search of just the right Fuzz for a guitar I am working on that delivers these meaty mids and lows with serious growl. I have found it - The Queen Bee.
Pure Solid Fuzz
Built like a tank! I own many fuzz pedals. From modified to stock. This is my favorite ...Only when I'm not using my Fulltone '69. It has a robust fuzz sound, and it cleans up very well. I highly recommend.
Stellar!
I love this pedal. Kinda straddles the line between fuzz and distortion in my opinion. It seems to have all the pros of many iconic fuzz pedals, and omits most of the cons. Gorgeous harmonically-rich tone, and the feel is incredible. Like a lot of fuzz pedals I think the Queen Bee sounds best with the gain ("buzz") at max. With the guitar volume rolled back a bit you get a bouncy,… read more dynamic crunch. It really feels like you're connected and interacting with it. With the guitar volume at 100% it's saturated with tons of sustain, yet not muddy and still responds to picking dynamics. Clean-up is close to a FF, but you need to roll the guitar volume back to about 10% to get it. There's always a touch of dirt, but it's fairly clean if you pick softly. It's also a beautifully built box, in my opinion. Looks and feels very high quality. Noise level is quite acceptable considering the absolute load of gain and volume on tap. I'm no Fulltone fanboy, but this one is a gem. Really inspiring.
