This is my third Electro-Harmonix pedal and I love them all! I won't lie - there's a bit of a learning curve with each of them, but they're not difficult and the multitude of sounds they produce is amazing! Their Ravish Sitar pedal delivers that Eastern sitar sound perfectly! I already have a Danelectro 6-string baby sitar without the sympathetic strings, so this Ravish pedal supplies… read more the sympathetic string ring sound that the Danelectro doesn't have. It's perfect!

Ok so I've had it now for a couple of weeks and I am super impressed with this pedal! The sound is great, you can adjust just about everything, it's nice sturdy metal not cheap plastic, all the knobs are nice and easy to work. Sounds really cool with my Ibanez 12 string acoustic electric! If you want sitar sound on anything you plug in without having to own and learn the actual… read more instrument...which I happen to own...18 strings of madness lol...then buy this pedal!!! While this obviously isn't a sound you are going to use on every song, it would be an awesome pedal to have to feature some sort of creative, showcase number with cool playing and sounds.

I'm Very impressed by this pedal! It has such a unique sound, and you can adjust almost everything on it to make the sound your own. If you are considering buying this pedal, you definitely should! No matter what style you play. I play nu Metal, metalcore, and hard rock and I use it, you could use this for everything!

If you like sitar music in general, or Ravi Shankar, or Beatle George's sitar songs. Get this. It will turn your guitars into something else.
