Spector did it excellent again
I have 20 years playing bass. Try and had a lot of basses, from a cheap Rogue to a Warwick Thumb. I'm a Fender guy most, and 85% of the time I use 4 strings. I wanted to replace my only five strings bass with a new one for those rare moments, so I started to search and tried all I could, from arround $350 to $700 range. All basses felt short to my taste. I already have a Spector… read more Legend 4 with p/j that I bought here a year ago, but normaly, I don't like to have the same bass model in 4 and 5 strings. So I ignored this "guy" for arround 8 months. After all the disapointment, finally I pulled the trigger again on Spector. Like my 4 strings, every aspect of this bass is amazing. Well balance, stable, versatile, excellent fret work to put a low action without buzz, awesome paint job and a huge 5th string sound. What else can you ask for a bass guitar? I made my own setups, but I have to mention that this bass arrived with a very nice setup. I just add a couple of adjustments. Thanks Sweetwater, thanks Spector.
