I played the EXP 500 thin line a long time ago .and really liked it so when I saw the EXP 600thinline in the Sweetwater deal section ,I bought it. what a nice guitar.I love the neck on it ,the body feels a little thicker than the EXP 500.but not that much piezo pickup sounds great and it looks beautiful.I never owned an acoustic guitar with a pickup I can use it with my Boss Katana read more amp on my next gig.as always, another good buy from Sweetwater!!!!!

Sweetwater is the best. The whole process is amazing from ordering to receiving the package. I was totally impressed with the packaging and the follow up with my orders. I highly recommend you guys and I wish every company followed the standards that y’all convey in the business aspect for their customers. I won’t ever shop anywhere else period.

It is beautiful!

Can't Put It Down

I'm a converted bass player and can't seem to put this acoustic down. Unplugged tone is amazing at this price point, but I'm not 100% happy with the plugged in tone and can't find the sound that I have in my head with the onboard controls. I might even be able to get better results with a string change as well (Currently DR High Beam 10's) Most play is unplugged with it and I couldn't read more be more happy. I've seen that this was designed for transitioning electric players and seeing that my other experience with 6 strings are Strats this was a super comfortable guitar for me to pickup and play when I needed to lead worship for our youth. This definitely isn't a Martin or Taylor, but this is one of those guitars that definitely hits above it's price point and feels very natural, even among other Yamaha guitars and basses I've played over the years. It's easily the best Yamaha I've ever put in my hands, is hassle free to maintain, and the thinline body helps if you have a little "Dad Bod" going on like I do

An Oriental Blue Gem!

Couldn't believe how well this guitar plays! Didn't expect it could do so well for the price! Wanted to add another dimension to our band, and it really does! Plus it looks great! The best, it is very light in weight! I have a Strat and a 12 string Godan! But, I really like playing this Yamaha! Thanks, Arron Chandler!
