I like this wah a lot

Kelly Banks

I use this wah at the beginning of my pedalboard signal chain and I've dialed in the Q for my favorite wah flavor and have the unity gain volume set to my bass and I have no noticeable volume change when I use it and it sounds soooo good! I really like this pedal!

Crybaby!!

I'm crying because I didn't buy this pedal sooner!!! The only pedal I use more is my compressor witch stays on. I play in an RnB/ funk band and wanted the crybaby for a better wah vs. My envelope filter that I use on 1 or 2 songs lol this pedal is soooooouuuullll much more than that ....so many little Suttle things you can do to make you sound AWESOME! Like Barry White's practice read more what you preach. Hit the phase 90 and just barely Crack that crybaby and wow!!! Or stevie superstition with the mxr octave and use the crybaby full pedal, man this thing is like smoked hammock in pinto beans, you ain't cooking unless you gotta crybaby!!!! Just buy it!! Oh and by the way I bought the demo modle, excellent condition and I couldn't be happier unless I had a few more tootsie rolls, lol

This Wah is amazing! I use it for my guitar, and love the aplications it allows. The tone is awesome, the depth is vast, basically anything you want. It doesn't work well with very high notes, but after playing with the settings, and adjusting technique it's doing just fine. I was never a fan of no bottom, "guitar" wah pedals. I would buy it again, unless I came up with the read more money and could justify the customshop 95 rack wah...

Working man's filter module

As I have been trying to formulate a rig for recording (and hopefully performing!), I have always wanted some kind of filter sound for my guitar that doesn't sound like a wah. Wah is definitely one of those essential guitar effects, but for someone who wants to really break the rules and experiment the effect itself can be somewhat limiting. Secondly, it seems like a lot of companies read more try to give you solutions for non-wah filters for guitar that are only auto-wah type effects, contain insane amount of functionality, or cost a lot of money just to get a filter you can control at will. All I want is a controllable envelope filter for my guitar. That's it! I should need a complex pedal with tons of features (including the need for an expression pedal) just to have that ability. The 105Q, on the other hand, provides an envelope filter with auto-return and adjustable volume and peak control in a pretty idiot proof package. No need to dive through presets or meander through menus just to get a simple, controller filter; just a controllable, instance-based envelope filter in a wah enclosure when you want it. Whether you play bass, guitar, keys, vocals, an accordion, this is the most simple controllable, filter effect you can buy. Just try it out and disregard the name because this is not really a wah (it doesn't even have a frickin' inductor!). This is a working man's no frills analog filter that sounds great and will not break the bank.

I have been waiting for this to be in my pedal board. And it's just what the doctor needed.
