I own quite a few guitars including Gibsons and Fenders. This was my first super Strat type of guitar with a Floyd Rose. This guitar has become my daily player that I favor for playability and sound. It can sound like a Strat with single coils or a Gibson style with beefy humbuckers. Very versatile. I record using this guitar on a regular basis. Once you learn how to adjust and… read more setup the bridge for your personal tastes, this guitar is spot on. I ended up putting a tremolo stopper in mine so I didn't have to deal with the bridge floating. Pound for pound, this the best guitar that I have ever owned.

I have been eye balling Charvel for quite sometime now. Huge EVH fan and this is kind of as well as similar to what he would play. This guitar plays and sounds fantastic. The guitar is well built and the neck shape is unique in that it facilitates fast, effortless playing. Tuning is sharp and the hardware and finish are professional. The Floyd Rose tremolo takes some individual customization, but is very stable. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this guitar. Ive ordered a guitar from another place b4 and had a "ungh" reaction when unboxing because of a misleading pic. When i opened this box, OMG! That was my 1st reaction. Georgeous! It sounds and played great. Ive played guiatrs for 40 years and never owned a guitar with duncan pickups. WTF! They sound awesome! Great neck on Charvels! Sweetwater is awesome!
