I'm gonna keep this short and sweet… This is the most comfortable, easy player, I've ever put my hands on. 1/2 the credit goes to the Luther at Sweetwater for the PERFECT setup. Other 1/2 goes to Gibson. What a wonderful instrument. If you're on the fence, jump off it. Well worth it.

I bought this guitar and returned it simply because I needed it to be in ebony. This guitar needs to be in ebony (without a Floyd Rose). Other than that, it played extremely well.

I'm a guitar collector and purchase most of my music equipment at Sweetwater. I've recently purchase a New 59' and 60' reissue custom shop Gibson with other competitor and got bad experience getting a used and display model. I honestly can't find anything I dislike about this guitar, it truly is one of a kind, even for a Gibson Custom Shop Axcess. The guitar is expensive, yes but if you can afford it, my advice would be to buy it. It's one of the few times in the music world where I actually feel like I got what I paid for. The guitar is very light, resonant and bright, obviously made from a great chunk… read more of wood and the craftsmanship is off the chart. Also a shout out to JP Kapp at Sweetwater for making it happen.

I got this as a demo with a minor paint imperfection on the back of the neck. I was a little weary how the total qaulity would be, but I was amazed at the craftsmanship! Not only is it well made, beautiful, and sounds great, it's a back saver! It holds that Les Paul sound at a lighter weight. I recently had a major back surgery and needed a Les Paul that wouldn't fight me. I can… read more play this as long as I want without hurting the upper fret access is also amazing and just a joy to play. I highly recommend this guitar if you want something modern, comfortable, and want that original Les Paul sound. The coil split is also a nice touch for versatility.
