This is a complex and multifaceted tool that is worth the effort needed to learn the many features. I have way too many pedals on my pedal boards, but this is the only one that I could say could be used for a one pedal live show. The large screen is terrific and the navigation is simple and direct. The loop fidelity is terrific and the drum track library is quite good and it… read more is fairly easy to import additional loops and drum tracks. If I had to have only one pedal out of my collection- it would be this one.

Seriously, saw this on Andertons YouTube video. Totally blew me away. Incredibly beautiful tool, for live or recording. A must have for today.

So I picked up a brand B. looper and was completely underwhelmed by the rhythm tracks that were in it. The ones in the HeadRush are so usable!!! I love having 4 different channels as well!! Great investment!!

Can products be misleading? yes. can products not perform to our "personal" expectations? yes. But, products like this, are not a simple stomp box. manufactures cant design everything around us, or the software, we try to merge with it. learning curves are always going to exist with products like this. That additional fire wire, u.s.b. cable, data converter, and what ever else to… read more make a product perform to a our needs, is and will always be a constant. As far as what may be perceived as a over site, or flaw by the manufacture, may not even be that to another consumer. Why? application of product. Some people will only use 20% of what this looper can offer. Having the ability to record a loop, they not only can hear, but have track with absolute precision, is all they care about. Now, as for manuals, well...... sometimes its just best to forget we even have one. manuals can cause more frustration right from start. The information your seeking ends up over lapping with other information, and before we know it, total confusion. Just remember the sound goes in, the sound comes out, and what happens in between those two points is where the excitement of exploring and discovery is. Dont let manuals be the end all. use them when needed.
