I've been primarily a Gibson les Paul player. I've always wanted a PRS so I finally decided to do it. First off the look of the 10 top is jaw dropping!! Once I plugged it in I fell In love. The tone and versatility is amazing. Of course I'll keep my Gibbys( studio and traditional), but I think I have a new favorite. When I opened the case my jaw dropped. Then I plugged in and the like a listener told me, it talks. The sales engineer Talor was extremely helpful, talk to him and you wont be disappointed. Simply put old American craftsmanship of heirloom quality. Frankly I dont know how they do it for the money.

Although I had played them a number of times, including borrowing one for a gig back in the day, I had never owned a Paul Reed Smith guitar before.
