I'm a beginner at guitar and I wanted a decent guitar to start. I absolutely love my Telecaster. This CV 50's Tele is the best. I love the " Twangy" sound of it and it's perfect for the older country style (Bakersfield sound). I play mine everyday for at least 3-4 hrs. lol!!!

I own a Classic Vibe 50s Tele, and it has been my #1 guitar since the time I bought it. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I didn't buy mine from Sweetwater, but I know that Sweetwater does an excellent job of selling (what you see is what you will get) but also a great job of setup and fast shipping. I recently purchased this 50's Vibe Classic Telecaster and I am very happy with it. I couldnt find a thing wrong with it. It plays well and is a nice looking guitar. The price was great but other that theres nothing cheap about it! Sweetwater got it out of the store and into my hands pretty quick. I will likely buy another one and put a humbucker in it. First of all shout out to SW for the usual out of the box instant gratification of a perfectly playable set up guitar. I own a 3+ year old Chinese CV 50s Strat bought from SW so I had a little worry about the $ price bump since and switch to Indonesia for the new CVs. FORGET IT. The CNC machine doesn't care where it works - this Tele is a 9.1 lb Pine speed machine that plays like… read more butter or buttah depending on where you are from. Neck is wicked fast. Buttahscotch with nice Pine grain showing through, black guard, string through - doesn't get much more classic than that. For the jack or even a hundred more this guitar will not hurt your feelings AT all. It makes you want to play it - and that's the sign of a guitar for you. ☮ ☮ ☮ ☮ ☮

One hell of a guitar! Plus the extra $60 for a great setup by Sweetwater was money well spent! Thank you Sweetwater . You never disappoint ! My tele-pro brother picked it at his show last weekend. Played the duration of his last set. Said nothing but great things about this Squire 50's vibe. Keep up the good work fender.
